I’m not your average fitness coach. I’m not here to sell 12-week fads, cookie-cutter PDFs, or 6-second TikTok hacks. I’ve spent 30+ years in the trenches, coaching everyone from CEOs to professional athletes to serious lifters stuck in the same plateau year after year.

I built one of Dubai’s most exclusive gyms, helping clients achieve results that speak louder than hype. And now, for the first time, I’m bringing my personalized, no-nonsense coaching online, so you don’t need to fly to Dubai to work with me.
